• Your web browser should be able to handle JavaScript and it has to be activated.

• Your web browser have to be installed the recent version of the Adobe Flash Player.

• Your web browser need to support cookies and they have to be activated.

• A webcam and a headset has to be attached to your Mac or PC.

• Microsoft Internet Explorer

• Mozilla Firefox

• Opera

• Apple Safari

Please go to the menu Tools and select Internet Options first.



Select the Tab Security now and click on the Button Custom level as shown in the window below.



Another window will be open, now look for the group Scripting and enable the item Active scripting.
Now click the OK button and close both windows.



After you have closed the configuration windows, press the F5 Key on your keyboard to reload the page.

Please go to the menu Tools and select Internet Options first.



Now select the Tab Privacy and click on the Button Advanced.



Another window will be open, activate here the checkbox Override automatic cookie handling and accept both, First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies.
Now click the OK button and close both windows.



After you have closed the configuration windows, press the F5 Key on your keyboard to reload the page.

If you have allready installed the Adobe Flash Player please make sure that you have the recent version installed. If not, please download and install the recent version.

If you havn't installed the Adobe Flash Player yet, let's do it now. First we have to check some configurations in your web browser.
Please go to the menu Tools and select Internet Options first.



Select the Tab Security now and click on the Button Custom level as shown in the window below.



Another window will be open,  look in the shown list for the group Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins and Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting and enable both.



Enable in the same group the item Binary and script behaviors and set Download signed ActiveX controls to Prompt (recommended).
Now click the OK button and close both windows.



After you have closed the configuration windows, press the F5 Key on your keyboard to reload the page.

If you have enabled the ActiveX components we can install the Adobe Flash Player.

Please restart your web browser after the installation of the Adobe Flash Player.

First click in the menu Tools and select Options...



Now select the Content Tab in the Options window and Enable JavaScript. Then click on the button Advanced...



Another window will be open, Compare the JavaScript configuration with the screenshot below.
Now click the OK button and close both windows.



After you have closed the configuration windows, press the F5 Key on your keyboard to reload the page.

First click in the menu Tools and select Options...



In the Options window select the Tab Privacy and Accept cookies. After that press the OK Button.



After closing the configuration window, please press the F5 key on your keyboard to reload the browser window.

In the Preferences window please select the Tab Advanced and make sure that Enable JavaScript is checked. After that please open Javascript options...

Now click the OK button and close both windows.



After you have closed the configuration windows, press the F5 Key on your keyboard to reload the page.

First click in the menu Tools and select Options... Open the Preferences window by click in the menu Tools and select Preferences...



In the Preferences window please select the Tab Advanced and check Accept cookies. Please close the window by click on the OK Button.



After closing the configuration window, please press the F5 key on your keyboard to reload the browser window.

In the Preferences window select the Tab Security, mark in the section "Accept cookies" the item Only from sites you navigate to and close the Preferences window.
